Down the Rabbit Hole
My version of 2020 was a negative one. I’d fallen down the Rabbit Hole with events
from the year in picture frames falling with me as Alice watches from above as I go through my journey. With quarantine, I was
trapped inside the house with the news in the background constantly informing me of the horrible events taking place. Events like covid, increased racism towards Asians and Black people, Australian fires, missing graduation, my great grandfather’s funeral/memorial, and protests against Thailand’s military dictatorship, are displayed through an Allison
In Wonderland theme.

Stipple of Eugene Lavell
The assignment was to create a stipple work of someone we admire. I chose
to do my great grandfather in honor of his passing. He was a great man and as a present to my family members. I created this piece to commemorate our time with him.
