For this project, I redesigned a two-story house. The Kim family wanted to add a couple of additions and a pool to their home. As the owners are aging, they plan to move down to the first floor for mobility reasons with their children residing on the second floor. For easy access, there are two
entrances leading into the master suite addition on the first floor; through the living room and from the back patio. For the owner’s children, they wanted to redesign the layout of the second floor by adding a relaxation room towards the front of the house to allow for natural light, and for their
grandchildren, the owners wanted to add a large pool and back patio that would allow them to run around and play.
